This site is owned by Squid Eye Ltd ("we", "us", "Squid Eye"). When you use this site, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise you to read through them each time you use this site.

You must be over the age of 18 to use this site and we ask that no-one under the age of 18 submits personal information to Squid Eye.
Making a Purchase
It couldn't be easier to make a purchase. Simply look through our online store and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few bits of information that we need to be able to complete your order.
All prices on this website are in UK Pounds Sterling. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, Solo and American Express, which are processed by our bank, HSBC. All card payments are debited at the point of ordering which will require the cardholder's full details including name, address and telephone number. The information provided must match the exact details on the card.
When we email you a confirmation of order, this is to let you know we have received your order, but does not indicate that a contract exists between us. If a product has been advertised at an incorrect price due to a typing or supplier error or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We hope that this rarely happens and if it does, we will make you aware of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given, if required.
All prices quoted do not include delivery charges. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
By submitting your order, you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will only pass your details on to the people who we use to make the delivery.
Availability
We really try to make sure the website is always up-to-date and that the items shown are in stock. Sometimes, items can sell really quickly and, if that is the case, we will try our best to offer you an alternative or let you know when the item will be back in stock. Any dates specified for the delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, charges or expenses caused by any delay.
Delivery Information
Please allow 10 working days for the delivery of your order. However, we aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days and so you should receive your order sooner. This is subject to stock availability and you will be informed as soon as possible if we are unable to complete your order for any reason. If you have not received your items within 10 working days, please give us a call or send us an email.
Orders are sent first class and will usually need to be signed for. This is so that the order can be tracked if it goes missing. In the event that you are not available to receive the goods when they are delivered, you will be responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods if they are held at the post office or at the delivery company's offices. We will only deliver to the address registered on the credit/debit card used for payment. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched and this will form the contract for the sale of goods.
There is no charge for shipping within the UK for orders above £50.00. For smaller orders within the UK, there will be a charge of £4.00. For all orders shipped to the rest of Europe, we will charge £8.00 in postage and for all orders shipped outside Europe, we will charge £12.00 in postage. Overseas deliveries are sent via International Recorded post. Should there be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods, Squid Eye will not be liable for these.
If we need to send you order in more than one package, we will only charge you the one fee.
