If you find that any product you have purchased is unsuitable, we are very happy to help you choose something else instead. Please email us at info@squideye.co.uk within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, letting us know why you are returning the item(s). An exchange or full refund for the price of the goods will be offered. All items must be in their original condition (with all packaging and tags intact please) and received back by Squid Eye within 14 days of your original receipt of the goods. If you would like an exchange, please make sure you specify the product code, colour and size as appropriate. Delivery charges will apply for replacement goods, unless waived at the sole discretion of Squid Eye.
If any goods have a manufacturer's defect or are faulty in any production capacity, Squid Eye will accept a return for an exchange of goods or, at our discretion, refund to you the price of the goods.
Refunds can only be credited back by the original payment method i.e. onto the same credit/debit card you used.
Whenever you need to return something to us, always ask for a 'Proof of Posting Certificate' as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost on their way back to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Squid Eye, unless the fault is with Squid Eye, when we will refund the cost of postage to you. Complete a returns form and include it in the parcel with the item(s) you are returning and send your parcel to:

Squid Eye will deal with each situation at its discretion, in order to obtain the best mutual outcome. Items received which are not in perfect condition, or are not deemed faulty, will be returned to you, at your cost. Money will only be refunded when we have received the item. We will aim to process postal refunds/exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow 21 working days.
Squid Eye retains the right to cancel orders with written confirmation, if any of our terms and conditions is breached. If any order appears to be excessive by an individual standard, Squid Eye reserves the right to cancel the sale.
